From a realator's perspective this can save hundreds of man hours by not having to do redundant physical walk throughs of a property.  As we all know time is money!

This type of application is recommended for clean, presentable and in most cases higher end homes.  Video captures detail.  If a picture says a thousand words then video says ten thousand words.  You may only want to do this with homes that shine.  For lower end homes that need work this might not be as suitable, but at the same time may be great for investors who fix up homes.
